Record Store Day
Record Store Day April (4.16), and vinyl fabricated favorite silly holiday celebrates its fifth year, the celebration of independently owned record stores. Record store day this year coup attempts against what organizers call "the seller or the giants" with the assistance of more than 700 stores in the United States alone, including celebrations of promotional gifts, and games in the shop, and is of value only a growing list of releases and reissues of the dinar, and many of them very limited, or even supermegalimited others. Two vendors on the Chicago music scores and participate this year. Get up early and take the form lines and local people lose trading.

Paul Ryan's Task
So what does it all mean for this budget proposal I've been blogging about furiously today? Paul Ryan deserves enormous credit for coming up with a plan that is a step in the right direction and appears to have at least majority support among House Republicans. This is a serious proposal and Ryan's critics have no offered no alternatives for dealing with the country's fiscal problems. Many of those critics prefer to pretend that these fiscal problems don't exist or are merely part of a conspiracy to cut taxes for the rich, despite a two-decade bipartisan consensus that some kind of entitlement reform is needed.
That said, we have to appreciate that what Ryan is trying to do is very difficult. Comprehensive agendas can be attacked comprehensively. It is difficult, as Newt Gingrich learned, to change the country's political direction from Capitol Hill. Republicans do not control either the Senate or the White House. President Obama is not likely to ever sign a budget that repeals his health care bill, transforms Medicare and Medicaid, and contains spending cuts of this magnitude. That means Democrats have something to run against and Republicans will have no real-world evidence to contradict their Chicken Little scenarios.

Fukushima: Current Radiation Levels Equivalent To One Year's Level Of Healthy Exposure As 2 Radioactive Elements Detected
Fukushima The explosion of the reactor does not square and it does not cause a large leak of radiation. In fact, the amount of radioactive elements actually cut after the explosion, and high levels of radiation is, according JibTV and Japanese television station with live coverage of the event.

Three Mile Island Accident: Worst U.S Nuclear Power Plant Accident
There were three incidents Mile Island at 4:00 on Wednesday, March 28, 1979. On that day, was released by the collapse of part in a large station 2 of the Three Mile Island nuclear radioactive gas too.
This incident has caused almost 150,000 people volunteered to leave the state of Pennsylvania. Twenty hours after the incident began, authorities claimed that the Three Mile Island nuclear plant under control.
In 1981, people who are released from a lawsuit against three Mile Island, and the final settlement of $ 25,000,000.
Although no direct victim, and the process of cleaning a eleven years and the cost of U.S. $ 1 billion. Cause the health effects of radiation, some cases of cancer for those who lived within a radius of 10 miles.
Japan's participation caused the 8.8 earthquake and tsunami explosion in Daiichi nuclear plant power (story here) that make people cope with the United States Chernobil nuclear accident.

Chernobyl: EU, EBRD beg for funds to secure nuclear disaster site
Chernobyl, Ukraine - With the 25 anniversary of the world's worst nuclear accident approaches, international agencies and strives to locate the next big project funds to deal with the legacy of financial disaster.
In reactor No. April 26, 1986, and four in the Soviet Union at the Chernobyl nuclear power, exploded about 60 miles north of Kiev, in choosing the mismanagement of security systems, resulting in the deaths of countless numbers of both direct effects and delayed as a result of radiation poisoning and forcing thousands to evacuate their homes.
European Union and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development) and is now leading a campaign arc steel giant reactor exploded and "coffin", which was hastily erected over the precipitation takes contain radiation on target.
But they still have some € 740000000 (1 billion U.S. dollars) for this project, which just started, and has doubled in cost to almost € 1500000000 (2 billion U.S. dollars). The funding will not allow current to continue to work early next year. It was originally planned that the project ends in April 2014, but is now re-evaluated.
For this reason, the European Union and the European Bank held a conference of donors before the anniversary of the incident to mobilize significant support from governments and international organizations.
"It is difficult to mobilize [these figures], but I have reasonable confidence can be achieved," said Jean-Paul Joulia, head of the European Commission for Nuclear Safety, at an event recently for international journalists. "I think that the international community to accomplish this project."
Is laced with urgency a special plan. According to Vince Novak, director of the Bank of nuclear safety, design life runs the coffin 'in 2016. "Despite this extension of date to some extent - the walls are reinforced with a steel truss - the building is still unstable disturbing.
"This is a security problem is very serious," he said.
Inside the coffin about 200 tons of nuclear fuel - almost all of the amount originally contained in a nuclear reactor - which is now included in building a "new history" itself. The arch designed to last for 100 years, that the Ukrainian authorities (the ultimate responsibility for carrying Chernobyl) enough time, the reactor block and break the coffin. When you are finished, and will be one of the ambitious engineering achievements in the world and the largest ever building structure-borne: 110 feet (or 120 meters, high enough to cover the Statue of Liberty), 250 meters and 165 meters. It will be equipped inside with a large number of robots, cranes, and a number of wanted to do the work in reducing disassembly. Undo containment arc built on the site of the coffin.
At the present time, however, the Ukrainian government lacks the funds to do at the end of the day away with the structures of radiation saturated. Although, in theory, the technology already exists today for the Ukrainians to destroy and completely bury the Chernobyl nuclear waste deep underground, and European authorities hope that the time period will allow the methods of a more "cost effective".
"One hundred years gives enough time for the Ukrainian to deal with problems," Novak said in the bank.
During a visit by the media mid-February by the European Union and the European Bank International Press to verify the details of the arc of new - and to raise awareness of the donor conference for April - lines of the first power in the construction site of the arch and emerge from the snow as spring shoots. No repeat of Chernobyl disaster for Japan-experts
Experts said Japan can not expect a repetition of the Chernobyl nuclear disaster after an explosion blew the roof of one of the nuclear power plants in a major earthquake overwhelmed, Saturday - Brussels, March 12 (Reuters).
Daiichi Japan is a reactor north of the capital Tokyo began radiation that occurs after 8.9 earthquake caused a tsunami and quickly, raising fears of a collapse of nuclear weapons.
But experts said that the pictures of the fog on the factory are suspended only small amounts of radiation as part of measures to ensure stability, away from the cloud emitted by the Chernobyl radioactive when it exploded in 1986.
"The explosion of the No. 1 generating a Fukushima nuclear power plant in Japan, which was held today, there will be no repeat of the Chernobyl nuclear disaster," said Valerie Hlyhalo, deputy director of the Chernobyl nuclear safety.
He was quoted by Interfax news agency said Japan's well-protected from the Chernobyl reactor, where more than 30 firefighters were killed in the blast. As has been the worst civilian disaster in the world of nuclear, blamed for thousands of deaths caused by Chernobyl radiation-related diseases.
"Said Hlyhalo except that these reactors are designed to work in the area of high seismic activity, but what happened is beyond the reach of the factory is designed to withstand.
"Therefore, no serious consequences to the Chernobyl nuclear disaster."
Sound basic
Japanese officials said Saturday that the core of a nuclear reactor was unaffected and is pumped into the sea water in the reactor to cool the flow and relieve pressure on the unit - a statement to allay any fears.
Experts said it was important to ensure the steel reactor vessel break in the blast or an earthquake.
"If the pressure vessel, which is in fact something that all nuclear fuel ... and if they break - which is essentially what happened in Chernobyl - you get the release of radioactive material great," says Professor Paddy Reagan, nuclear physics from the University of Surrey British.
"It seems from the pictures broadcast by the TV ... as if the ship itself."
Images and an explosion in a large building in the area of establishments with Daiichi nuclear reactor. Gray smoke billowed from the country and was later in the building with no outside walls.
It was Robert Grimes, a professor of materials physics at Imperial College in London, said earlier that it seems not allowed to back-up generators to build pressure.
"It seems that back-up generators, although it started in the beginning of the work, and then fail," said Grimes told BBC television, adding that the blast was probably greater than that the release of pressure.
"If it is we are not in bad conditions like this ... In spite of the external damage of the structure, as long as the tank internal hard drive is still intact, the bulk of the radiation to be received.
Most experts said the relatively minor damage in the reactor was a sign of improved security situation of nuclear energy, it seems a thing of the Governments to adopt technology in recent years despite the fears of environmentalists.
"We have to remember that there are 55 reactors in Japan and became a major earthquake, and a test of stability and strength of nuclear plants that seem to have withstood the impact very well," said Reagan.

0 like46 Daylight Savings Time 2011: Longer Days, Later Bedtimes
Daylight Savings This Sunday, we’ll spring forward ahead, but lose an hour in the process, so while I am thrilled that after this cold and snowy winter to finally be entering the spring season, we’ll also lose and hour.
For some, daylight savings time proves to be more hazardous. There are more reports of increased traffic and workplace accidents. Some say heart attacks rise during this time. Generally speaking, the biggest obstacle is a lack of sleep in our already sleep deprived culture.
For our family, it’s not so much the hour that’s the problem as it is adjusting to it being daylight longer each day. Somehow the change doesn’t faze me quite as much as it did back when my kids were babies and toddlers.Back then, it was torturous to get the kids in bed on time. I would usually put a toddler down at 7:30pm for the night but once it started to stay light out, it became more difficult for them to calm down and go to sleep. Right before bathtime, I would draw the curtains and try to make the room as dark as possible so they wouldn’t object to going to bed.
It often worked except those few times when the wind would blow just enough to ripple the drape and cause the small drop of sunlight to appear. Then I’d hear, “the sun is still up, why do I have to go to bed?” But like I said, it worked most of the time when they were very young and just learning how to speak and tell time. (Click here for 5 great tips to surviving daylight savings time with your family.)
Now that my kids are older, they stay up longer past daylight but it’s these lengthier days of sun that signal them to play longer, run around later, and as they bask in the warmer spring days and outdoor fun, they generally stay awake more hours. Then we start the nightly routines later which means bedtime get pushed up a little.
Gradually, we’ll have grown accustomed to the longer days but initially the abrupt change seems a bit jarring. Spring is a funny time of year. We start out freezing on the little league fields and end up sweating, holding bottles of water… just in time to usher in summer, and best of all summer vacation.

Daylight Savings Time History
Time History Seems absurd our nation is obsessed with the passage of time. Hours spreading rapidly in America in the early
