Diet: In her DWTS days, Julianne said she could "eat anything." But after reading some critical comments about her post-DWTS bod that "freaked" her out, she said she's gotten serious about maintaining a clean diet. And the 24-year-old has more than a lean frame on her mind. She's also doing it to prep for babies! “I’m starting to be more passionate about eating natural foods. I don’t want to have kids anytime soon, but when I do, I want my body to be healthy," she told Shape.

Exercise: It's not just dancing, let's be real. Julianne admits she works out five times a week on top of busting out her moves, to do the trick. "There are certain areas of the body that dancing won't tone, so I still stretch and do crunches, lunges, and arm moves just about every day," she told Shape. She also hates the gym, so opts for Tracy Anderson classes because they're "fun and dance-y."

Her Stay-Hot Wisdom: “It’s so hard to stay fit while you’re traveling, but for me it always makes me feel better on the inside if I’ve worked out. It’s what you want to feel on the inside, not necessarily what you want to look like on the outside," she told Women's Health.

Michael Penn's No Myth 1989

It seems unfair to label Michael Penn a one-hit wonder, given how respected and admired he remains among songwriters and music industry insiders. But the fact remains that only one of Penn's songs ever made it far up the ranks of the Billboard 100: The 1989 single "No Myth," which reached 13 in early 1990.

The song was something of an oddity on the Top 40 airwaves, thanks to the proliferation of funky drums and bass, hair metal and melodramatic balladry that was the late '80s and early '90s (think Technotronic, Skid Row and Michael Bolton). In an age of overproduction, "No Myth" was a refreshing alternative. Penn might've made a killing off of his earnest falsetto and thoughtful lyricism, but he found a complete lack of support from his record company, RCA, after the man who had signed him left the label. Although Michael's sophomore effort Free-for-All was a critical triumph, it recieved little to no promotion from RCA.


Penn once explained, "I was not wanted there. I asked to be let out of my contract but was informed that I would not be allowed to go elsewhere. I started to work on a third record for them but the powers that be were not interested. So I was trapped for the next 3 years. My situation was hardly unique. It became clear to me that the major label system was no place for someone like me. I wanted out."

Penn left the label for greener pastures. He has released a number of well-recieved albums and has also penned scores for a number of films, including Boogie Nights and Sunshine Cleaning. In 1997, he married fellow singer-songwriter Aimee Mann, with whom he often collaborates.

“I meet (famous) people either through tragedies or at a NASCAR race,” joked Feiling, who said he works with caterers at NASCAR events all over the country. “That’s my motor home laying on its side down there so I won’t be going to any races soon.”

The band delivered more than a meal to Feiling. Their visit left the “country music fan from way back” beaming. He said the band’s grandmother (Betty Lou) shops at the Greeneville department store where his wife works and “brags about these kids all the time.

The afternoon started out quietly and peacefully for the Lakers. They made a small run, then the Mavericks made a small run, then the Lakers answered back, then the Mavericks answered back. The Lakers were down 4 after the 1st qtr, but a 4pt deficit is not a big deal for these Lakers, right? Whoo boy, the Lakers had no idea of the storm sitting just off the coast that was about to move in on them.

The first sprinkles came with Jason Terry hitting a 3 from the corner with hand in his face. Up 7. Then a small gust of wind came as Peja Stojakovic (of all people) stole a pass and finished a fast break. Up 9. Several possessions later, the storm unleashed its full force. Terry hit a 3, up 10. A few plays later, Terry hit another 3. Up 12. And he hit ANOTHER 3, up 15! Then Terry drove and kicked to Peja in the corner, and HE rained in a 3. Up 18! And we were just halfway through the 2nd qtr! Add on another pair of Peja/Terry 3s near the end of the half, and the Lakers retreated into halftime soaked in a 24pt deficit....

Like a bad movie, the story behind Oregon-based Hollywood Video’s bankruptcy just won’t end. For now it’s a happy intermission for the more than 3 million customers the company said owe more than $244 million in late fees or for not returning rented movies.

Last January KGW viewers started claiming that Hollywood Video--or a collection agency it hired--was trying to collect on what customers called bogus bills.

Carie Bishop-Sanders said, “They (the collection agency) were saying I returned a movie late a few years ago evidently and now because of the late fees I owe them $99. I asked them for proof and they said they didn’t have to provide it, but that if I didn’t pay they’d send me to collections.

Do not be afraid. For after a little research, I came up with five friendly activities and to keep on my team at all. This means that I will be able to sit, sip mint Julep and the root of this Trifecta elusive. Ultimately, it will be for the father to feed an extra mouth to him ............
