Ash Wednesday Fasting Rules

Rules of fasting for Catholics are:
1. Eating once a day 2. Avoid meat and your time in one day, and eating 3. Do not fast twice a week (Wednesday and Friday) 4. For those young and old, they do not skip meals, but eat less. 5. If you're strong enough, you can see every day for 40 days.
Fasting is not the only way to participate in Lent. During Lent, most Catholics choose to give up some bad habits or things that depend on them. Can try to give them up completely or try to reduce it.
