Now Lady Gaga 'gives birth' on stage: Outrageous singer releases gold liquid

By MARCUS BARNES

Another Gaga stunt: Lady Gaga donned a fake baby bump, rested her feet in stirrups and 'gave birth' to gold liquid as she sang hit Born This Way on Saturday Night Live

She's covered herself with blood, emerged from an egg and danced around with a crucifix on her crotch.

And now Lady Gaga can add giving birth to her growing list of outrageous stage show stunts.

With a false belly attached to her midriff, the singer placed her legs in a pair of stirrups and proceeded to secrete gold liquid during a performance on U.S. show Saturday Night Live.

Controversial: The singer is never one to shy away from outrageous stunts - this the latest in a long line of bizarre performances

The 25-year-old singer began her performance by emerging from a pod, emblazoned with the name Beluga Gagaviar No1 - a reference to the famous, and very expensive, brand of caviar.

Wearing a pair of PVC trousers and a cropped PVC blazer, which exposed her ultra-flat midriff, she launched into a typically energetic performance, singing all the vocals live as usual.

Towards the end of the song her dancers surrounded her and, when she emerged from the scrum Gaga had acquired a huge bump.

She immediately headed from a mock hospital bed to the side of the stage where her dancers helped into a pair of stirrups, and she subsequently 'gave birth' to a gold liquid.

The performance was part of Saturday Night Live's closing show which was hosted by singer Justin Timberlake.

Eccentric: Gaga's influence spread to the set of the show which was covered with gold and black stripes to match the outfits of her dancers and herself

Plenty of bottle: Gaga joined in the fun throughout the show dressing up as a wine bottle in this Liquorville with host Justin Timberlake

Gaga also performed her songs Edge Of Glory and Judas during the show, as well as joining in with the comedy sketches.

she was the female element in a song about threesomes performed by Timberlake and comedian Adam Samberg.

The hilarious song, which included the chorus 'It's okay when it's in a three-way, it's not gay when it's in a three-way. With some honey in the middle there's some leeway, the area's grey in a one, two, three-way.'

Surprise: Timberlake and Samberg end up in bed together without Gaga in the amusing video

The singer kept a straight face throughout the song, which sees Timberlake and Samberg end up in bed together without her.

In another scene she put a huge cork on her head, with a dress covered in grapes and a huge wine glass on each of her arms in Timberlake's Liquorville sketch.

Appeal: Gaga asked fans to send in videos for the advert and editors were inundated with material

Fans responded within minutes and uploaded hundreds more videos.

As the videos streamed in, editors worked on the video in real time dropping in new footage as it was received.

The film was completed four days ago, just in time for Gaga's performance on yesterday's season finale of Saturday Night Live.

Pink wages Twitter war with 'cruel' Selena Gomez over use of painted horse in new music video

By Daily Mail Reporter

Controversial: Selena Gomez filmed scenes from her new music video I Love You Like A Love Song alongside a pink horse on the beach in Malibu, California, yesterday

Disney sweetheart Selena Gomez has come under fire for painting a horse pink for her latest video shoot.

The 18-year-old was spotted filming a clip for her new single I Love You Like A Love Song on Malibu yesterday with a brightly coloured stead.

But she quickly attracted criticism from another pop star - Pink.

The outspoken Stupid Girls singer, who is a PETA ( People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) supporter, lashed out at the teen star on Twitter.

Pink, who has over 4 million followers on the social networking site, tweeted: 'If there are any animal activists around Malibu-at Leo Cabrillo State beach, there are horses being painted for a stupid music video. Shame.'

'Artists should be more aware and responsible for their actions,' she continued.

After hoards of Selena fans then defended their idol, Pink posted a further message standing by her opinions.

'Whether u r a fan of mine or whomEVER'S, I won't stop speaking out about animal cruelty.'

'I've taken responsibility in the past, so should she.'

Shall we dance: In another scene, the Disney star frolicked on the sand in a ball gown with a love interest

However a representative for the record company insists that no animals were harmed during filming.

'It was important to the Production Company, Record Label and Ms. Gomez that no animals were harmed and all proper precautions were taken,' Gomez's spokesperson said in a statement to People magazine.

'A non toxic, vegetable based powder paint was applied via an airbrush and removed with water. An official from the Humane Society was on set supervising.'
Selena filmed a fanciful scenes while on location.

Wearing a flowing strapless floor-length gown and with her dark hair worn long and straight, the former Disney star danced in the surf with a handsome male love interest.

Selena has been hard at work on her new album, When The Sun Goes Down, which comes out next week.

Cher Lloyd gets down with her dancers as she prepares to shoot debut music video

By Sarah Bull

This is how I roll: Cher Lloyd joins a group of hopefuls as she auditions dancers for her debut music video

She won over Cheryl Cole with her unique mix of rapping, singing and street dancing when she auditioned for The X Factor.

And now Cher Lloyd has posted a video of herself auditioning dancers for her debut music video - working them hard to ensure they are up to her standards.

The 17-year-old star is seen getting down with the hopefuls to make sure they 'gel' with her.

Scroll down to watch video

In the video, Cher says: 'The auditions are going really well. I'm really glad there's bedroom dancers as well.

'I'm looking for fresh-faced people, just people that mix in with the crowd and just back me up really.'

Cher, who wears baggy jeans, a brown vest top and checked blazer, is then seen getting up and joining the group for an impromptu street dancing session.

She explained: 'The reason I got up and started to dance with them was because I wanted to see if they would actually gel with me and to see the interaction.'

Getting down: Cher appeared to be enjoying herself in the video of the auditions, which she posted on her official website

Are we gelling? Cher laughs as she messes around with the dancers

And presumably those who didn't 'gel' with the X Factor runner-up didn't make the cut for the video, expected to be released later this year.

It was also revealed today that So You Think You Can Dance runner up Tommy Franzén has been enlisted to choreograph the routine.

He said: 'I will be choreographing Cher Lloyd's first music video that will be shot on May 17.

'After [having] had two dance auditions for it, we're in the process of finalising who is to be in it. Keep a look out for the video! I believe it's going to be a good one.'

Watching and learning: Cher appeared in awe of some of the tricks performed by the candidates

I can do it too: But she was also keen to prove her own worth as she made her way into the centre of the room to dance with the rest of the hopefuls

Cher has been in New York and Los Angeles recently putting the finishing touches to her debut album.

And songwriter Savan Kotecha, who is executive producing the record, said it is sure to be a hit - and sounds just like Black Eyed Peas singer Fergie's first solo album.

He said: 'It's such a blend of different things. Each song is so different from the other, but it's her.

Home again: Cher was seen arriving at London's Heathrow Airport today after her trip Stateside

'The only way I can describe it is that it's like Fergie's solo album, where London Bridge was completely different from Clumsy, but then you also had Big Girls Don't Cry, but Fergie was still the red thread throughout it all - that's how Cher's songs are.

'There's some hard ones, some vulnerable ones and some fun, silly ones and she just delivers on every one. We were just so impressed.'

Cher's debut album is due for release on 12th September.

In bed with Rihanna! Flame-haired beauty gets intimate with topless man

By DAILY MAIL REPORTER

Sultry: Rihanna is her sexiest yet in the video for California King Bed

Rihanna is her most sultry yet in the video for her new ballad, California King Bed.

In a marked departure from up-tempo hit Only Girl (in the World) the sixth single from her Loud album is a slow-paced song about lovers growing apart.

The short film, which was directed by Anthony Mandler in Los Angeles, features the scarlet-haired Bajan beauty lying between the sheets with a shirtless lover.

All white: The video begins and ends with the pop superstar lying in tall grass in her underwear

As she laments the distance between the protagonists lying on the California King Bed, Rihanna - dressed in white shorts and bra - is sexy and dishevelled as she rolls around restlessly.

Donning a floaty night dress, the 23-year-old then laments to a heavenly backdrop of clouds and a Californian sunset as the lover drifts away.

Intimate: This is the singer's most revealing video yet

The director changes from colour to a black and white lens during the song's third refrain, before switching back to colour for the final shots of Rihanna lying in a field of grass, the same shot that opens the video.

At the end of February, the pop superstar took to Twitter to poll her fans, asking them to choose her next single, she wrote: 'QUESTION EXISTING: I'm shootin a new vid in a cpl wks, I just need u to tell me, which song should I shoot? What is my next single?" she tweeted before firing off, "Its hard to go from s+m to SKIN! Don't want to be 2 swiney.'

California King Bed was announced as the next single just a few days later.

Yearning: Director Andrew Mandler conjured up a real Californian sunset

The singer has been jetting across Europe to promote the big event, which culminated in the rousing gig last night where she blasted through Only Girl (in the World), Disturbia, Don't Stop the Music, Umbrella and the new single.

Rihanna has also just signed on to perform at the opening of The Today Show's summer concert series.

Her ex-boyfriend Chris Brown has also signed on to perform but they will be on stage on separate days - Rihanna on May 27 and Brown on July 15.

Nicole Scherzinger makes the earth move in Right There video with 50 Cent

Climbing the walls: The sultry singer shows off her fancy footwork for the track from her album Killer Love

As a former Pussycat Doll and Dancing With The Stars champion, Nicole Scherzinger is something of an expert in the art of throwing moves.

The 32-year-old singer is seen exhibiting her fine skills in the video for Right There, the track chosen from her debut album Killer Love to launch her solo career in the U.S.

It was shot just two weeks ago on the streets of Downtown Los Angeles and now the finished product has arrived.

Sliding sidewalks: Nicole Scherzinger looks incredible in her new music video Right There, seen here dancing on a moving pavement in a stomach-revealing crop top

Nicole exudes confidence and sexiness in the video and, thanks to some computer trickery, she even manages to make the earth move, so to speak, as she performs on sliding pavements.

Rapper 50 Cent also features - however it is only thanks to some clever green screen technology that has resulted in them appearing in the same shot.

The rap artist, also known as Fiddy, was not actually there when Nicole filmed the video and his segments have clearly been recorded separately.

Nicole, who has been rumoured as a possible host for the U.S. X Factor, wears an array of sexy outfits throughout, including slinky harem pants and a cropped vest top which shows off her honed stomach to perfection.

Collaboration: 50 Cent also features with the two appearing together thanks to some clever green screen technology

While she might not have the Pussycat dolls for company anymore, she is accompanied by a throng of female backing dancers who join her for some street party jamming.

Speaking about her album to MTV News recently, Nicole promised her fans plenty of empowering tracks.

She has worked with hit producer RedOne on the project, who has also collaborated with the likes of Lady Gaga, as well as a host of other big name hit-makers including The-Dream.

Backing dancers: Nicole may not have the Pussycat Dolls for company anymore but she still instigates an all-girl party

Hot moves: Nicole is currently launching her solo career in the U.S.

Nicole said: 'Well, I did a lot of the album with my producer RedOne and then I did sprinkles, other colours of the album with producers like Jim Jonsin and The-Dream and Tricky Stewart and Ne-Yo and I'm fortunate enough to have my boy 50 [Cent] and Snoop on the album.'

'So it's definitely got empowering, strong dance anthems and then I got an urban twist in there and some really good uplifting songs as well.'

In a recent interview, Nicole said she is no longer in touch with her former Pussycat Dolls bandmates.

Justin Bieber befriends bullying victim Casey Heynes

By ANDREA MAGRATH

No one will bully him now: Justin Bieber has befriended Australian viral internet sensation Casey Heynes

One is a superstar, idolised by millions of fans around the globe, and the other was, until recently, an unknown student from the western suburbs of Sydney, Australia.

But when a video of school yard bullying victim Casey Heynes fighting back against his tormentors went viral, he caught the attention of Justin Bieber.

The singer, currently on tour Down Under, tracked down Casey after hearing about his story and invited him to his Melbourne concert.

Support: Justin invited Casey, who became a worldwide sensation when a video of him fighting off bullies went viral, to his concert in Melbourne

Justin, who has been vocal in his campaign to stop bullying, has called Casey a 'real life hero.'

Bieber alerted his 9.3 million Twitter followers to the YouTube video of Casey being punched repeatedly by bullies before snapping and 'body slamming' his attacker to the ground.

Since it was posted online in March, the video has been reported on and discussed in newspapers and on television shows across the globe including the Daily Mail as well as TMZ, CBS and The View.

Despite the violent way in which he reacted, support for Casey, who says he has suffered daily verbal and physical abuse since primary school, has been widespread.

Rising star: The 16-year-old bullying victim introduced Justin's hit song Never Say Never

'When I first saw it on TMZ I thought, this is crazy, like I couldn't believe it, it's amazing,' 17-year-old Justin told Casey backstage.

'It shows everybody else that you have to stand up for yourself and you can't just take it.

'The first thing you should do is go tell someone, but then you might have to hit back, sometimes you have to so I think that was important for you, especially in that situation. I'm proud of you — and so many other people are.'

Meet and greet: Justin told Casey and his family, 'I'm proud of you - and so many other people are'

Bieber invited Casey, dubbed 'Casey the Punisher' onstage, where they hugged and Justin asked him to introduce his next song Never Say Never.

After the show Justin tweeted: 'Pretty special night tonight in MELBOURNE....surprised someone me and the team look up to. A kid with a lot of courage.

'This is Casey the punisher...a kid who stood up for himself against bullying. A real life hero.

He added: 'Well 2nite we tracked down Casey and his family and flew him to the show. Thank you Casey (sic).'

Fellow internet sensations: The singer, who rose to fame on YouTube, tracked down Casey and his family and flew them to Melbourne

In the 40-second video, the bully is filmed prodding Casey in the face and stomach while fellow students laugh and encourage him.

After taking the abuse for a period of time Casey suddenly snaps, picks up his smaller attacker and slams him down onto the concrete ground in a powerful wrestling move.

Fighting back: A video of Casey being punched in his western Sydney school yard before snapping and 'body slamming' his attacker against the ground has received worldwide attention

In an interview aired in March with A Current Affair, Casey says said he had never reacted like that before, but this time, 'Everything had built up over three years.
'All the anger came out of it.'

But he does not promote violent retaliation as a way of dealing with bullies. 'Try to walk away,' he advised. 'But if a fight starts, sometimes things happen.'

With one of the globes biggest stars in his corner, it doesn't look like Casey will be bullied again.
