When your parents are Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes, not even first class cuts it.

Instead, the Hollywood power couple and daughter Suri enjoyed the luxury confines of their private jet as they took a flight out of Miami today.

The windswept five-year-old is seen here emerging from a car, before stepping onto the aircraft.

With gusts created by the plane's turbines, a smiling Suri was left grabbing on to her head as her hair billowed everywhere.

The stylish youngster was dressed in green leggings, a grey top and gold shoes.

Her father Tom, 48, whose face is obscured in the snaps, is seen taking a protective hold of his daughter as Katie, 32, disembarks from the car.

The family have spent the last few days in Miami while Tom has started filming on his new project Rock Of Ages alongside Alec Baldwin, Malin Akerman, Russell Brand and Catherine Zeta-Jones.

While he was hard a work, Katie and Suri enjoyed some mother-daughter time by their hotel pool, as well as indulged in ice cream.

The Kennedys star displayed a slim physique in a feminine turquoise cut-away one piece swimsuit as she took a dip her daughter.

Tom and Katie have recently denied rumours that they are welcoming another member to their brood.

When photos emerged of Katie Holmes sporting a noticeably rounder stomach during a shopping trip last week, many publication rushed to report that she was pregnant.

One US magazine even printed a front-page story claiming the actress had confirmed: 'Yes, I'm pregnant!'

But her spokesperson has denied the claims, and rather than simply putting Katie's appearance down to a big lunch, she says she thinks these pictures have been photoshopped.

'She's not pregnant and this photo looks doctored,' Ina Treciokas told E! News on Monday.

The 32-year-old's slightly protruding belly was obvious beneath her tight-fitting top and jeans as she browsed the shoe department of Barney's New York in Beverly Hills.

Mail Online has spoken to the picture agency Xposure who confirm that the pictures were not altered in any way.

'We never doctor pictures to make anyone look fat, thin, pregnant, and so on. We have not doctored these pictures,' Xposure's David Taylor says.

Katie Holmes enjoyed a day of fun in the sun with her daughter Suri in Miami, Florida, today.

The Kennedys star displayed a slim physique in a feminine turquoise cut-away one piece swimsuit as she took a dip with the five-year-old.

Katie, 32, paired the pretty bathing suit with a giant white sun hat and oversized black sunglasses to protect her face from the sun's harmful rays.

She spent time splashing in the hotel pool with Suri, who appears to be an adept swimmer.

The mother and daughter duo then covered up in towels to dry off whilst relaxing poolside on large sun loungers and enjoying some snacks.

At one point fashion-forward Suri borrowed her mother's large sun hat and tried it on for size.

Casual Katie: Mrs Tom Cruise enjoyed a dressed down day yesterday as she hit the shops in LA yesterday


On Thursday evening she had looked every inch the Hollywood starlet as she graced the red carpet at an awards ceremony – but yesterday was clearly a dress down day for Katie Holmes.

The actress took in a spot of shopping at Barney’s in Beverly Hills wearing a pair of skinny jeans a pink vest top and flat pumps, a much more casual look compared to her polished appearance the night before.

Katie appeared to have forgone any makeup and had her hair scraped up into a messy top bun.

The mother–of-one perused the show section of the store enjoying a some alone time retail therapy.

Katie had taken centre stage the night before as her husband Tom Cruise was honoured by the Simon Wiesenthal Centre.

Katie Holmes Sues 'Star' Magazine for $50 Million

Katie Holmes just filed a hefty lawsuit against Star magazine over a recent cover that insinuated that she's a drug addict, reports TMZ. The actress seeks $50 million in damages from American Media Inc. over the cover headline, which reads: "ADDICTION NIGHTMARE - Katie DRUG SHOCKER! – The Real Reason She Can’t Leave Tom"

The actual article doesn't allege that Katie uses drugs, but the actress claims the cover wording is enough to be deliberately defamatory and libelous in itself.

The actress' rep told TMZ: "Star magazine's malicious claims about Katie are untrue, unethical and unlawful.  Not only do they cruelly defame Katie, they play a cheap trick on the public, making ridiculously false claims on the cover unsupported by anything inside."

The History Channel thinks airing the mini-series would be too risky of a move.

A rep stated: "After viewing the final product in its totality, we have concluded that although the film is produced and acted with the highest quality auspices, the dramatic license that series takes is not suitable for the History brand."

Holmes said she prepared for the role by watching old footage of the Kennedys with husband Tom Cruise and developed an admiration for Jackie O's parenting.
