Today On National Day Of Prayer Let The Heavens Hear Us

National Day Of Prayer  Today is 60 annual National Day of Prayer, held usually on the first Thursday in prayer May.The National Day was established by an Act of Congress in 1952, the U.S. president to declare a national day of prayer each year. This is certainly the law is unconstitutional "by a judge the United States in 2010 after legal action by the institution of freedom of religion, and support the annual celebration for the government to risk.

National Day of Prayer encourages Americans to pray for the nation, and the American people and everyone in power. This year's theme is "mighty fortress of our Lord according to Psalm 91.2 -" I can tell from the Lord, which is my refuge and my fortress, my God in whom I trust. "
Could be the National Day of Prayer brings Americans a renewed sense of purpose and confidence, not only our leaders but our commitment as a nation. Can bring us joy each other for the rule of grace and justice, whether at home or abroad. And can bring us comfort from the tragedies of natural disasters, and economic devastation. We also hope that the act of grace the National Day of Prayer and the nation may bring.
