TheDC’s Matt Lewis The first debate of 2012 GOP primary - Sponsored by Fox News and the South Carolina Republican Party - does not include many of the biggest names in the party, but may include fireworks.
Will be former Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty will be the candidate promising at the present time. He will join former Senator Rick Santorum of Pennsylvania, Representative Ron Paul of Texas Orabi former CEO of Pizza Herman Cain, and New Mexico Gov. Gary Johnson, the former.
It is to earn more than others in this environment? It seems that the recipe is perfect for Herman Cain.
And communication, skilled, and Cain is clear that the best language in the bunch. The fact that he will compete for attention with only four other candidates means that he will gain a tremendous amount of exposure in this debate and national television.
Do not be surprised if Cain uses this debate as a platform to promote his candidacy, much the same way that early in the debate Mike Huckabee helped catapult him at the top level.
May be former Senator Rick Santorum also benefit. Considered once a rising star in the Republican Party, and Santorum is now considered a long shot for the nomination. But it's still a few things going for it. His background as a U.S. senator to say he has more experience in foreign policy than most of the other candidates on stage. And to observe the surface, and sounds may seem more "presidential" than the other candidates who participate.
