George Lopez Apologizes to Kirstie Alley for Fat Jokes

George Lopez has apologized for making fat jokes about Kirstie Alley's debut appearance on Dancing with the Stars, but the actress is having none of it. Following her Monday night appearance on the show -- where she earned the second-highest score of the night with 23 out of 30 points -- Lopez compared her to a dancing pig with "little hooves tapping away."

"Before the show, she went to the market and then she had roast beef," he said, alluding to the pig in the nursery rhyme.

Kirstie and her fans were swift to voice their displeasure with the late night comedian via Twitter. On Thursday, George used the website to concede that the joke was inappropriate, writing: "I misjudged the joke. No malice was intended and I apologize to Kirstie."

But on Friday, far from accepting the apology, Kirstie escalated the fight. Not only did she write, "I don't need or want ur apology," she also took a dig at the cheating scandal that ended Lopez' marriage late last year. Ann Lopez filed for divorce in November, six years after donating her kidney to George to save his life. Kirstie used the past history for fodder as she wrote: "I want your kidney dude..on behalf of ur X and all the women uv insulted...give it back."
