AOL Music Presents TV on The Radio

No matter how well you plan your SXSW schedule, there are always going to be setbacks and surprises. So, with an insincere apology, AOL Music and Spinner are adding another show to your itinerary: their official SXSW Showcase featuring headliners TV on the Radio. Their show marks the band's long-awaited return to the Austin festival and is the first time you can catch them at SXSW this year.

The eclectic Brooklyn band, which will release their fifth album Nine Types of Light on April 12, will cap a bill of six bands on Thursday, March 17 at Austin's famous Stubb's Bar-B-Q. The show will begin with L.A. indie-pop act Foster the People, followed by UK indie-folk band Noah and the Whale, Alaska's experimental rock spectacle Portugal. the Man and 62-year-old soul newcomer Charles Bradley backed by soul-funk collective Menahan Street Band.

Doors for the showcase open at 8PM CT, so be there early. Check out the official concert poster below for all the information and catch TV on the Radio's performance on AOL Music's Sessions the day after the show!
